HOW THE FIRST
First , click Start>> All Programs>> Accessories>> Run up windows appear as below.
Secondly , then type " gpedit.msc "(without the quotes) followed by ENTER.
Third , and then will appear the windows Group Policy Editor , as below.
BOTH WAYS
First , click Start>> All Programs>> Accessories>> Command Prompt , a window appears to the Command Prompt as below.
Second , then the C prompt type " gpedit "(without the quotes) and followed by ENTER
Third , and not how long the window will appear also Group Policy Editor as to HOW FIRST.
